We drive their growth through our operational experience. In each sector we enter, we then expand through further acquisitions. That is what we are doing in construction, a fragmented market with highly specialized software needs, where we are building our first division. We are actively looking to acquire software companies in other sectors.
Our founders
Matisse Ventures was co-founded in September 2024 in Lyon by Jeff Messud and Nicolas Saddi, two software entrepreneurs with complementary backgrounds. Before founding Matisse, they had completed more than 15 acquisitions between them and led more than 20 vertical market software companies.
They know what a successful transition takes, for the seller, the teams and the customers alike. Once a company is acquired, they identify and pull the organic growth levers specific to each business.
